Samira Afshari - BACP registered psychodynamic therapist in North London

I am a registered counsellor with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) with a degree in Psychology. I offer a warm, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where you can feel safe to explore whatever challenges you're facing.

Our work together will be collaborative and we will work at your pace. Our sessions are designed to help you build resilience and develop practical tools to support your emotional wellbeing.
